Strategic Advisor
Working with leadership teams on growth, transformation, competitive position and the decisions that connect several functions.
About Amnon
Strategy and finance. Technology and people. Business and society. Israel and the Czech Republic. My work has consistently taken place where different worlds need to understand one another.
The journey
More than two decades of work with technology-oriented industrial and service companies taught me that the most consequential managerial problems are rarely contained inside one discipline.
Strategy depends on economics. Technology depends on adoption. Human capital depends on the relationships through which knowledge moves. Institutions shape what an organization can actually do.
This experience became the foundation of my book, my teaching and my advisory approach: make the whole understandable without making it simplistic.
The lenses
Strategic thinking and competitive advantage
Corporate finance and the economics of the firm
Technology, AI and strategic knowledge
Human capital, social capital and incentives
Organization, execution and decision rights
Institutions, culture and international cooperation
Four expressions of one purpose
Working with leadership teams on growth, transformation, competitive position and the decisions that connect several functions.
Developing practical frameworks that integrate sensemaking, strategy, finance, management and emerging technology.
Helping managers and business schools move from separate disciplines to integrated judgment and application.
Building Czech-Israeli relationships through education, heritage, culture and institutional cooperation.
From Enigma to Paradigm
Written for managers who are tired of isolated techniques and fashionable jargon, the book integrates four pillars of managerial thinking and makes their connections practical.
